HR Operations Specialist m/f/d

In this position, you will assist the payroll managers with all administrative tasks relating to payroll and personnel administration.
You will report to the HR Services Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the dispatch and return of hiring documents
- Draw up DPAE forms
- Manage medical examinations for new recruits
- Draw up work certificates and documents to be sent to employees when they leave the company
- Make declarations to medical examination centers
- Manage purchase order requests for departmental invoices and receipts in SAP tools
- Assist payroll managers with any other administrative tasks they may be asked to perform
Your background
- At least 2 years' higher education in administration
- Experience as a personnel administration and/or payroll assistant would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of French payroll/social legislation
- Good computer skills (Pack Office)
- Fluent English and French required
- Required qualities: autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills, dynamism, teamwork, customer orientation
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
