IT Solution Expert – Contract Management System
IT Business Analyst / IT Application Specialist
As a IT Solution Expert, you will:
• Coordinate, manage and support end-to-end business analysis and system configuration, support estimations and prioritization of changes, training, documentation and go-live.
• Perform IT Tests and coordinate business tests for new product releases, fixes or enhancements.
• Work closely together with the application vendor, IT architects, service integrators, business, and delivery & release management.
• Provide proactive maintenance and support in conjunction with other support teams and the vendor, handle incidents and service requests as well as perform application monitoring and reporting.
• Understand the business functionality and data model including system impacts / risks.
• Integrate new technologies and process improvements to improve efficiency and business profitability.
• Ensure the systems are compliant and secure, and ensure any changes are performed in accordance with our change management procedures and internal and external standards.
