This position reports to
EL Customer Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Customer focus:
Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information. Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
Customer requests:
Provides appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.).
Documentation:
Collects and archives documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility.
Qualifications for the role
- Data analysis:
- Regularly analyzes statistics (e.g. forecast, pacing, etc.) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE):
- Read, understand and follow the HSE guidelines and report discrepancies to leadership.
